Privacy
We do not share your data with other parties. All information uploaded is secure and will not be used for any other purposes other than audit consultation and premium dispute. The rest of this page is that sentence in full.
What we collect
Only what a review needs. When you submit an audit for review we ask for your name, your email address, your company name, an optional note, and the documents you choose to upload — normally the carrier's audit worksheet and the audit bill. There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing else to collect: no password, no profile, no saved history.
We ask you to redact employee Social Security numbers before uploading. A premium audit review does not need them.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: reviewing your premium audit and, if you decide to proceed, supporting the dispute with your carrier. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with other parties. We do not use it to build marketing lists or advertising profiles, and we do not send you marketing email you did not ask for.
How documents are handled
Documents you upload go directly into private, encrypted storage. They are never sent or forwarded as email attachments, in either direction.
Our internal notification email — the message that tells us a submission has arrived — deliberately carries no content at all: no company name, no personal name, no email address, no note, and no filenames. It contains a reference code and a file count and nothing more.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of established service providers to run the site: hosting, encrypted file and database storage, transactional email, and error monitoring. They process data only to provide that service to us, under their own security obligations. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes, and we do not give any of them your documents for any purpose other than storing or transmitting them on our behalf.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If that ever happens we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. We use cookieless analytics that counts page views and referring sites in aggregate. It does not follow you across the web and does not identify you.
How long we keep things
We keep your submission and the documents you upload for three years, then delete them. Three years is deliberate: it matches the window in which an audit can still be disputed, so we can support you for as long as the matter can be reopened, and no longer than that.
If you want your documents deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including your uploaded documents — and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Email contact@premiumaudit.ai and we will confirm when it is done.
Security, honestly stated
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep documents in private storage rather than anywhere public, restrict access to the reviewer working your file, and collect as little as we can in the first place. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
